Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client,"
"Participant," or "User") and Universal Love Academy LLC, a limited liability company organized under the
laws of the United States ("Universal Love Academy LLC"), governing your access to and participation in any
and all online programs, coaching, digital products, educational content, services, and events (collectively,
the "Offerings").

By accessing or using any Offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any purchase or participation.

1. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided through the Offerings - including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written
content, digital workbooks, coaching frameworks, methods, branding, names, logos, designs, and proprietary
teachings - are the intellectual property of Universal Love Academy LLC and are protected by copyright,
trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or sold without express written permission
from Universal Love Academy LLC. Purchase of an Offering grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive,
revocable license for personal use only.

2. Payments and Access
Client agrees to pay all fees in full as advertised at the time of purchase or to complete any agreed-upon
payment plan. Payment must be made via the approved payment processor. Access to the Offering may be
withheld if payment is not received or if a payment plan is in default.

Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials. Sharing access or
distributing content to non-paying individuals is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate

removal without refund.

3. All Sales Are Final / No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Universal Love Academy LLC are final and non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of the content and the instant access provided to proprietary intellectual property, no
refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all Offerings, including
but not limited to courses, masterclasses, downloadable content, coaching programs, subscriptions, and
event tickets.

By completing a purchase, Client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy in full.

4. Results Disclaimer
All Offerings are provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only. Universal
Love Academy LLC makes no guarantees or representations regarding specific outcomes or results.
Testimonials or success stories shared by past clients are individual experiences and are not indicative of
guaranteed results.

Client is solely responsible for implementing any strategies, practices, or tools. Participation does not create a
client-professional relationship of any legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical nature.

5. Termination of Access
Universal Love Academy LLC reserves the right to remove any Participant from a program, course,
community, or event without refund if the Participant:

- Violates these Terms;
- Engages in disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior;
- Shares proprietary materials in breach of these Terms.

Termination is at the sole discretion of Universal Love Academy LLC and may occur without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Universal Love Academy LLC shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in or reliance
upon any Offering. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the specific Offering in
question.

7. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Universal Love Academy LLC and its agents,
contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including
attorneys' fees) arising from Client's use of the Offerings, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any
third-party rights.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah without
regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first
be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to
binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the venue
located in Utah.

9. Modifications
Universal Love Academy LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be
posted publicly, and continued use of any Offering constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
